Joining Arup
Arup’s purpose, shared values and collaborative approach has set us apart for over 75 years, guiding how we shape a better world.
We are seeking a Senior Ecologist to provide high-level ecological advice and support across a range of infrastructure projects in Queensland. This role will combine independent and team-based work in both field and office settings, contributing to ecological assessments, reporting, data analysis, and client liaison. You will be instrumental in delivering major road, rail, water, and energy projects aligned with government and scientific guidelines.
The Queensland Environment team is uniquely positioned and empowered in the Arup business to help drive the business’ transformational aspirations across Nature Positive, Natural Capital and Net Zero and to ensure that all our work aligns with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Join a passionate team of environmental specialists who bring a rare blend of professionalism, support, and good humour to everything we do. We’re down-to-earth, driven by purpose, and committed to making a positive impact - without taking ourselves too seriously. If you’re looking for a team that knows their stuff, has your back, and makes the workday genuinely enjoyable, we’d love to hear from you.
