- As a Support Worker at Serenity, you will provide person-centred, high-intensity support to clients in their own homes and the community. Your role will be essential in assisting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access while upholding safety, respect, and independence.
- Demonstrated experience working with high-intensity or complex care clients
- Experience using hoists, manual transfers, and catheter support
- Experience working with people with a psychosocial disability (ID, ASD, BPD, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, depression).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Able to travel in Sunshine, VIC or surrounding suburbs
