Description

What youll do : Reception Duties :

• Greet and assist all walkin visitors in a professional manner.
• Follow startofday and endofday procedures including :
• Checking and preparing meeting rooms.
• Cleaning and stocking two kitchenettes (staff area and training facility).
• Ensuring printers are clean and fully stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all training and meeting rooms.
• Receive log and deliver packages to the appropriate department or person.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail including trips to the post office.
• Order and organise stationery supplies.
• Handle store orders and stock control.
• Answer overflow incoming calls and assist with confirming truck schedules.
