We're Crosslinks – a not-for-profit that's been supporting people with disabilities (and making lives more awesome) for over 25 years. We don't just show up and tick boxes—we bring the fun, the heart, and the hustle to everything we do.
We're after a motivated, people-focused leader to join ourCommunity Inclusion team as anArea Manager . This is a gig for someone who's ready to bring their A-game and support a large, passionate team of Support Workers while staying laser-focused on participant outcomes.
If you're all about making a real difference, building strong relationships, and leading with purpose—we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role You'll be one of the key humans in our leadership group, reporting to the Service Operations Manager. Your days will be full of variety and meaning—leading a team, working with participants and their families, coordinating supports, managing budgets and rosters, and always putting people at the centre of every decision.
This role is ideal for someone who's confident working autonomously, can juggle a lot (without dropping the ball), and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
What You'll Be Doing Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of 20+ Support Workers. Building strong, trust-based relationships with participants, families, and carers. Managing daily ops—think rosters, budgets, performance support, and compliance. Keeping services aligned with NDIS requirements, safeguarding standards and Crosslinks' values. Looking at data and feedback to continuously improve what we do. Teaming up with internal and external partners to deliver the best outcomes. Staying on top of risk, safety and wellbeing—both for your team and our participants. What We're Looking For Essential : Proven leadership in disability services, community care, or similar. Track record of building strong teams and positive, inclusive workplace culture. Solid understanding of the NDIS, safeguarding and industry regulations. Top-notch people skills—written, spoken and everything in between. Confident with Microsoft Office and a time-management pro. Able to work independently and take part in the on-call roster. A valid WA C-class Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance. Strong commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and participant wellbeing. Desirable : Relevant Diploma or tertiary qualification in health or community (or working towards). Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module. Why Crosslinks? At Crosslinks, you're more than your job title. You're a valued leader in a close-knit team that truly cares. You'll have the chance to shape lives (and change a few of your own), with plenty of support and opportunities to grow.
We bringheart, humour, and high standards to the work we do—and we believe you can do serious work without taking yourself too seriously.
