About the Position : The Beauty Therapist role at ECHO Health Centre Pty Ltd is a full-time position focused on delivering top-tier beauty and wellness services to clients. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, upscale clinic environment, providing a range of treatments while ensuring a luxurious and professional client experience. Key Responsibilities : Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, laser therapies, and cosmetic procedures. Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment in compliance with industry standards. Promote and sell skincare products and services to enhance client outcomes and clinic revenue. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to deliver cutting-edge services. Requirements : Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. Qualifications : Certificate III in Beauty Services (or equivalent). Experience : Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience as a Beauty Therapist. Language : Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred. Expertise in a wide range of beauty treatments (e.g., facials, waxing, laser treatments). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client rapport. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end clinic environment. Knowledge of skincare products and their applications.
