Our client, a well-established commercial real estate agency, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join their team in a unique hybrid role that combines sales, leasing, marketing, and administration support. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys variety and is looking to build a successful career with the potential to list, close deals, and earn commission.

You will work closely with two highly experienced Directors, supporting their daily operations while also stepping into client-facing opportunities to grow your own pipeline.

What else is on offer :

Diverse role : Balance of administration, marketing, client liaison, and sales.Onsite role : Located in Dandenong, Melbourne.Flexible remuneration : Base salary $70K, inclusive package plus commission.Regular business hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.Key Responsibilities :

Assist Directors with property listings, sales, and leasing activities.Prepare marketing materials and coordinate advertising campaigns.Handle day-to-day administration and manage documentation.Coordinate property inspections with prospective clients.Implement new business development strategies to attract clients.Prepare listing authorities and manage property databases.Engage directly with clients and prospects, both in-office and on-site.About You :

Experienced real estate agent (commercial or residential background welcomed).Solid marketing knowledge and ability to contribute to campaigns.Excellent computer skills, highly organised, and detail-oriented.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.Previous experience in commercial real estate is advantageous but not essential.How to Apply :
