About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Real Estate Leasing Agent & Receptionist to join our team at Raine & Horne Orange. This role combines Property Management & front of house responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the residential real estate industry. You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service & a key role in the successful day-to-day operations of our Real Estate Agency.

What you'll be doing Share responsibilities with the team, handling all aspects of the Residential leasing process, including advertising properties, conducting inspections, processing applications & managing ongoing tenancy matters.

Providing exceptional customer service to both Landlords & Tenants.

Maintain accurate & up-to-date property records, tenant information & maintenance requests.

Supporting the broader property management team as required.

What we're looking for Previous experience in real estate property management, or a customer service focused role.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with all clients.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask & prioritise effectively.

A demonstrated commitment to providing high quality customer service.

A positive & enthusiastic attitude.
