The Role
TasTAFE has a unique opportunity to join our team working across multiple campus locations. If you love variety, this twelve-month fixed term, full-timecontractrole could be exactly what you’re looking for. You’ll spend time at our Derwent Park campus, but we’ll give you the freedom to paddle across the river and make our Clarence campus on the eastern shore your new home or follow the delicious aroma of coffee straight into the heart of the city at our Campbell St campus. It’s all about flexibility, variety, a dash of adventure & the ability to move between office locations with ease!

On any given day, you will :
Spin through clerical and reception duties with finesse, serving students, teachers, and the public with style.
Be the info maestro, guiding folks on courses and schedules, whether in-person or online.
Work your magic with documents and emails using various software and programs.
Dive into the admin hustle, from invoicing to database maintenance, keeping things organised.
Tame the data jungle with precision, while revamping office procedures for top-notch efficiency.
What you bring :
A passion for delivering amazing customer service (this is not negotiable)
A level of tech savviness (no, a laptop restart does not solve everything)
Exceptional communication skills
A willingness to play a vital role in a team environment (you’re a team player)
A current Working with Vulnerable People registration is required, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
