We are seeking a Admin Assistant / Cleaner to join our team in Hobart. This hybrid role allows you to work as part of the Temporary Recruitment and Staffing division whilst also contributing to the upkeep of high-end Airbnb properties. Your time will be split between hands-on cleaning duties and supporting our staffing operations to ensure smooth workforce allocation.
What You'll Do : Housekeeping Excellence : Ensure Airbnb property meets 5-star cleaning standards, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and maintaining bathrooms. Workforce Coordination : Support our staffing team by recruiting, scheduling, and allocating shift personnel. Problem-Solving & Time Management : Think on your feet to provide solutions and manage workforce requirements efficiently. Flexible Work Schedule : Enjoy a mix of structured coordination shifts and hands-on cleaning work, offering variety in your work week over a 7-day rotating roster. About You : Experience in hotel housekeeping or private residence cleaning. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Previous experience in hospitality staffing or administration (preferred but not essential). Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
