Test Analyst

Recruitment Manager @ Hays | Technical RecruitingTest Analyst Opportunity (open to any location in Australia)Oracle HR Core experience mandatoryAustralian PRs and citizens onlyYour new Company Our client, major Services company are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tester with strong expertise in Oracle HR Core to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and functionality of our HR systems, with a particular focus on management of changes, position management, and employee movement processes.

Your new Role Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Oracle HR Core modules.Validate system functionality related to : Management of Changes (e.g., job changes, salary updates, organizational changes)Employee Movement (e.g., transfers, promotions, secondments)Collaborate with HR, IT, and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training or documentation as needed.Ensure compliance with data integrity, security, and audit requirements.Required Skills & Experience : Proven experience testing Oracle HR Core modules.Strong understanding of HR business processes, especially around change and movement management.Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.Experience in large-scale HR transformation or Oracle Cloud HCM projects.ISTQB or similar testing certification.What you'll get in return Work on impactful projects that shape the future of HR systems.Collaborative and inclusive team culture.Opportunities for professional development and growth.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' or forward an up-to-date copy of your resume to
