In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment, training, development, and overall management of a dynamic store team that will help Tesla accelerate the world's transition to sustainable transportation.
You will be challenged to support your team through training, coaching, motivating, and analyzing sales performance. You will identify events in the local market to maximize Tesla's brand exposure and create more Tesla owners. Success will be measured by your ability to achieve targets, drive team performance, and maintain store operations.

What You'll Do Coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, delivery, and productivity goals through customer EV education, product knowledge, excellent service, and merchandise presentation. Demonstrate sales leadership by role-playing and maintaining an active presence in customer-facing locations. Train and develop the team on sales and delivery processes. Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies. Set individual goals aligned with store objectives. Ensure team members are knowledgeable about all product aspects. Partner with Marketing to identify local marketing and event opportunities to boost sales. Strive for excellence in all business areas, focusing on reaching P&L expectations for the location. Customer Experience Ensure all employees deliver a best-in-class experience in every interaction. Manage escalations promptly and effectively. Empower employees to handle challenging customer concerns, making decisions in the best interest of the customer and supporting Tesla's mission. Employee Engagement Recruit, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring timely filling of all positions. Support and follow up on all training initiatives. Continuously evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to drive results. Identify high-potential talent and plan succession accordingly. Ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures. Address people and safety issues promptly, collaborating with HR and relevant teams. Brand Standards Maintain facility and showroom standards according to brand guidelines. Control store expenses, aiming to reduce costs. Ensure employees follow Tesla's dress code and grooming policies. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating exceptional ability. 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong management and coaching skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Dedicated, ethical approach to sales and operations. Ability to develop collaborative relationships and be a trusted partner. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
