Job descriptionAbout Us What you will be doing Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all facility areas, including GMP zones, meet industry, safety, and regulatory standards. Review and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardizing cleaning procedures to align with GMP and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards, addressing issues promptly. Promote best practices and drive innovation in cleaning service delivery. Manage relationships with external cleaning vendors to maintain quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of services. Great place to learn new & refine current skills. About you Proven knowledge of GxP and GMP, with expertise in regulatory and industry standards. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment. Must be able to commit to regular working hours 3pm - 11pm every Monday to Friday. Skills and experience Experience in managing cleaning operations, including classified and GMP-compliant facilities. Proven knowledge of GDP Ability to lead and develop high-performing cleaning teams. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Technical proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Current Australian driver's licence. Ability to pass National Police Check.
