Cleaning Supervisor

• Our opportunity
• This role will work afternoon shifts of 3pm-11pm across Monday-Friday.
• Your day-to-day duties may include
• Leading and coordinating a dedicated team of cleaners, you'll be the point of escalation and support for your team
• Overseeing the training, growth and development of team members
• Where required, assist with the cleaning of the hospital
• Oversee cleaning operations in line with budgets, ensuring waste is minimised
• Determine job requirements and completing quality control audits
• About you
• Leadership experience within a cleaning department, you'll be able to mentor and support your team
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control and process integrity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexible approach with the ability to organise multiple tasks and fluctuating workloads
• Leadership experience within a hospital setting is highly desirable
• Willing to provide or obtain a National police check clearance, Flu and COVID vaccinations.
