As the

• Service Optimisation - West,
• you will play an essential role in the operations of our Kalgoorlie & Newman Service Centre, bringing a variety of stakeholders and perspectives together to achieve results.
• The key responsibilities of this role include
• Planning, preparation and implementation of maintenance schedules
• Warranty processing and support
• Working with the components and SX teams on component and SX maintenance
• Communicating with suppliers and supply chain for material availability
• Organising contractors / third party suppliers for production activities
• Customer and vendor interaction
• The successful applicant will have
• Planning, Supervisory and Warranty experience in an OEM environment
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling, resources planning, project management
• Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills.
• A high standard of organisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Project and Excel
• Ability to collaborate, work inclusively with others and be autonomous when required
