- Distribution Analyst
- to join our
- Tingalpa
- team on a
- 12-month fixed-term contract
The role requires the successful person to have previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment and will see you providing support to the national Supply Chain function with key reporting and analysis required to further enhance freight performance and drive efficiencies.
- You Will Be
- Conducting analysis and reporting of 3PL freight legs and own fleet performance
- Completing regular reporting on Proof of Deliveries, file maintenance for national team
- Generating weekly freight performance reports for publishing to national DC management
- Undertaking national customer non-conformance and service to customer reporting
- Assisting all fleet maintenance requests & general fleet enquiries (excluding tool of trade / novated lease)
- Assisting in national freight invoice management for Shared Services, Accounts Payable / Finance Analyst, Upper Management, 3PL's
- Qualifications / Requirements
- You Will Have
- Degree qualified (or currently studying) in Business / Commerce / Management / Engineering / Mathematics or related discipline (ideally majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain or International Business)
- Advanced computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge of good warehousing & distribution practices
- Ability to analyse information and generate accurate reports, with an ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Be an enthusiastic and energetic individual whose flexibility allows you to excel both independently and as part of a team.
