• Be the friendly, trusted face of the team-collaborating with stakeholders, asking the "why," and helping shape solutions that make sense for everyone.
• Lead the analysis and documentation of business needs, working closely with legal and regulatory teams to ensure alignment.
• Use tools like Confluence, Jira, and agile ways of working to raise user stories, track progress, and keep things moving-while keeping the vibe light and collaborative.
