The Role

We are seeking a  Principal Advisor – Planning and Reporting  to drive strategic financial planning and elevate executive decision-making across the business. This role is central to shaping the company’s financial narrative and fostering strong partnerships across the business.

Reporting to the Manager Planning & Reporting, you will :

Lead the development and execution of the company’s annual financial plan , ensuring it aligns with business-wide strategic priorities and performance targets.

Collaborate closely with senior executives , acting as a strategic thought partner to deliver forward-looking financial insights and influence key business decisions.

Transform complex financial and non-financial data into strategic insights , identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that support long-term value creation.

Develop compelling executive presentations , clearly articulating financial performance, strategic initiatives, and business opportunities to drive alignment and action.

Drive the execution of priority finance projects , ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional alignment, and measurable outcomes.

What you'll bring

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. MBA desirable.

Proven experience +10 years in strategy consulting, corporate advisory, or senior finance role with a track record of delivering impact in complex environments.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic financial initiatives.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and non-financial information to senior leaders.

Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills – able to frame ambiguous problems, analyse data, and drive collaborative problem-solving.

Works effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to achieve common goals.

Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting others, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
