We are looking for an experienced Workforce Planner to join the CGA team on a full time basis
THE POSITION
- Drive compliance and process evolution to our labour budgets
- Support operations to make forecasted accurate and financially impacting decisions
- Actioning and day to day management of the Workforce Plan
- Forecast labour demand and supply
- Stakeholder management and provide interface between client, customers and sites
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships
