House Supervisor

• About you

You are an experienced residential services leader or aspiring to become one, with a passion for supporting people with disability to achieve their goals.

• To be successful in this role you will
• Have a contemporary understanding of best practice disability support, including a commitment to person-centred active support
• Build strong relationships with residents and their support networks to ensure a collaborative approach to the planning and delivery of supports
• Have demonstrated ability to roster, supervise and coach support workers
• Be open minded and flexible, with the capacity to deal with unexpected or challenging situations
• Proactively drive continuous improvement
• Be available to work a rotational 2-week roster that includes weekends and morning
• You will also require a
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
• Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate with CPR
• Administration of Medication in the Community Services Sector
