Great Working EnvironmentCasual PositionLocated in Fremantle The Role We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist for a dual location role to join our dedicated team at our Fremantle Skin Clinic & West Leederville Skin Centre on a Full-Time basis.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, you will be responsible for : Warmly greeting and assisting patients Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book Accurate data entry of patient information Processing paymentsManaging phone and email queriesAssisting in tidying up consult roomsGeneral administration duties as required Qualifications & Attributes Previous experience in an administrative / reception role within the Healthcare industry or similar is essential Previous experience with medical practice software, such as Best Practice will be highly regarded Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care A strong team player who contributes to a positive work cultureApproachable, reliable and dependableExcellent communication skills, professional presentation and positivecan-do attitudeSensitive in your approach when dealing with patientsAuthorised to work in Australia Leaders in Skin Cancer Medicine Driven by a passion to make a difference and the vision of a world where nobody dies from skin cancer, the health and happiness of our patients are at the forefront of everything we do.
