And we're looking for an Administration Officer to join our team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Officer, who is a Data Entry Superstar, to join our team at the stunning RACV Inverloch Resort. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the resort.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & AdministrationProcess accounts payable and receivable, assist with daily takings, invoicing, record stock movements, reconcile accounts, and more.Guest ServiceProvide excellent customer service to members, guests, and visitors.Administrative SupportAssist with various administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and human resources support.Minimum two years' experience in accounts payable and receivableStrong Data Entry skillsHigh level of attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, and ideally, accounting software.
