About Katz Recruitment The Opportunity This fast paced role will be based in the Head Office near Botany where you will be performing tasks such as attending to phone enquiries, placing orders and processing returns. Duties The responsibilities will include but are not limited to : _ Processing orders and returns in an efficient and accurate manner Identifying issues and initiating solutions Updating data on database when necessary Liaise with supervisors / managers to resolve any further client issues Does this sound suitable for you? Previous experience working in a busy call centre environment is essential Exceptional phone manner and customer service skills Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills Previous Data Entry experience with high attention to detail Strong multi-tasking, time management and ability to work autonomously An eye for detail is essential Interpersonal skills must be a genuine people person who is enthusiastic and empathetic An ability to build rapport with stakeholders, creating long-term strong relationships Strong computer skills including Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Web search engines Microsoft AX experience desirable, but not essential
