Duties may include but not limited to following :
- Organising and supervising production and warehousing activities. Organising daily shift to ensure the best working efficiency and timely job completion.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity and employees performance
- Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
- Supervise, maintain and implement the policies that have been set for the plant level. Ensuring the production team complies with company's production GMP manuals and Safety requirements.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance of standards and compliance with health and safety regulations, including Occupational Health Safety (OHS), Environmental legislative requirements and Company guidelines.
- Engage in company's continue improvement program.
- Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment at the best level for production.
- Communicate promptly and effectively, and collaborate with other team members to continually develop the working team and support staff's daily work, including also with the leadership and management
