What you'll be doing

• Monitor all Warehouse operations : (receiving, put-away, picking) to ensure staff comply with established quality standards.
• To liaise with all supervisors and team leaders in your respective area on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.
• Liaise with supervisors, dockhands and other employees in regards to managing stock despatches and communicating with these employees of transport changes and requirements.
• Review, develop, and implement procedures which will be beneficial for the constant improvement of warehouse operations (design and implement workflow improvements within the warehouse )
• Allocation of staff to tasks required to be performed.
• Ensure all stock movements are scanned via the RF equipment at the time of the stock movement.
• Ensure that any issues effecting productivity are raised, monitored and managed with individual employees.
• Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others.
