The Role As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be empowering, enchanting, and storytelling-focused to lead your team of honeys towards achieving high commercial outcomes, guiding best practice customer service, and encouraging each honey's individual characteristics.

To be successful, you will possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of how to build your team into a confident, collaborative hive, driving positive experiences for all visitors to Honey Birdette and ensuring they have everything they need to fulfill their desires.

This role reports to the Boutique & Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities Driving and achieving sales and KPI targets across your Boutique. Enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. Empowering and encouraging honeys' needs and guiding their exploration positively. Leading, coaching, and providing feedback to your team. Your Ideal Candidate At least 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing an electrifying customer experience. Self-motivated with a passion for team development and success. Lead with empathy, compassion, and an open mind. Highly driven about store success and passionate about the Honey Birdette brand.
