THE ROLE
They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their finance team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in budgeting, forecasting, business partnering, and internal reporting across a growing agribusiness, and help drive strategic outcomes across the organisation. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and provide key support to business partners through robust analysis. Lead internal reporting initiatives and provide insightful margin and performance analysis across farming operations. Enhance financial processes and reporting tools to increase efficiency and support strategic decision-making. REQUIREMENTS CA / CPA qualifications in Accounting with strong commercial and administrative experience. 3+ years of commercial experience in a management accounting role Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Strong communication and process improvement skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate financial results across all levels. Manufacturing industry experience is highly regarded. REMUNERATION AND LOCATION
Attractive remuneration package including base salary and performance incentives. Based in Melbourne CBD, VIC with some regional travel.
