About Us

Founded by three mates in 2013, Varsity has grown from your favourite student bar in to an entertainment hub! Serving up tasty burgers, saucy wings and cold beers across 9 venues in Perth, we've now levelled up in to the arcade and bowling sphere!

What will you do?

Be a hands-on leader and mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Cultivate a fun-first culture.

Take ownership of your venues performance, maintaining the right balance between financial success and operational excellence.

Manage labour costs and COG's to maximise your venues profitability.

Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their very best and our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action!

What will you bring?

Infectious enthusiasm and positivity

Proven experience in hospitality leadership

An understanding of a venues financials

Valid RSA and Approved Managers card

Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus!
