- How will I help?
- Major Responsibilities
- Lead the workforce demand and supply dialogue and collaborate with GTO, Group Finance, Divisional Strategy teams and divisional HR teams to understand business priorities and strategic change portfolio.
- Establish and maintain a group wide view of medium
- and long-term workforce impacts resulting from delivery of strategic initiatives on the workforce to enable workforce strategies and plans to be built.
- Review business strategies to identify growth areas and capability requirements. Identify workforce gaps and develop action plans with divisional HR teams that will address those gaps.
- Provide guidance and strategic insights to HR teams on workforce strategies and actions necessary for a smooth and successful transition.
- Drive workforce planning processes, including scenario modelling, skills audits, workforce capability development, etc. ensuring they support the transformation project
- Analyse workforce data to forecast future supply and demand, identifying potential gaps and advising on reskilling, upskilling, or redeployment initiatives.
- Deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts and workforce models that enable informed decision-making by senior management.
- Build effective reporting and measures to enable pipelining of impacted resources to facilitate Career Transition.
