You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate across departments to streamline operations, ensuring shelter capacity and community support are maximized for optimal animal welfare outcomes. Your Goal

• To build and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders particularly within the Townsville region
• To liaise with applicable departments and teams to coordinate and facilitate effective operations across the Townsville region, particularly regarding animal movements and capacity to care.
• To model a collaborative, inclusive and respectful work environment with an emphasis on effective and professional communications.
• To maintain an optimistic, solutions focused and flexible approach to working as the organization looks to grow initiatives within the Townsville region.
