About the Role...We now have a vacancy for a suitably experienced and passionate
Territory Managerto join our sales team, located on the road regularly visiting all accounts in your territory. You will grow brand awareness and promote sales through establishing high instore merchandising standards, building and utilising in-store relationships to maintain prominent shelf space and identifying opportunities to up-sell promotions, source and execute secondary locations and seasonal campaigns.Responsibilities include but are not limited toMaintain and regularly visit all accounts allocated to your assigned territory as per your territory call cycle with the intention of maximising sales, shelf presence, instore presence, promotional impact and oversee pricing.Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunitiesDisciplined in-field execution processesStrong level of customer interaction via disciplined adherence to our service modelBring Menz brands to life in store through excellent execution of promotional activities and self-initiated secondary selling locations.About You...As an experienced
Territory Manager,you will be an energetic achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results, coupled with a superior customer focus. We are looking for a person who is confident in leading others and should, therefore, demonstrate management experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A track record in sales is required, along with preferably experience in, or knowledge of the FMCG industry. Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.To be successful, you will need to have the followingMinimum 4 years' experience in a Sales roleExcellent communication skills and the ability to build customer relations and engagement.The ability to work efficiently and autonomously and contribute effectively as a member of an aligned state field team.Strong desire to learn, be challenged and excel in a busy and dynamic sales environment.A high standard of organisational and planning skills, thinking on your feet in an active environment.Confident use of various selling strategies along with effective negotiation skillsThis is an exciting time to join Menz as we continue to produce world-class food products and continue to grow.
