About the Position
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will join an innovative and dynamic team who are committed to contributing to the strategic growth of PRP. This involves connecting with a wide variety of stakeholders and providing knowledgeable advice and guidance on a diverse range of HR topics to support leaders with achieving the strategic goals of PRP. This position requires a unique blend of expertise in employment relations, industrial relations, case management, and leadership development.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by delivering various change programs and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, teamwork and commitment. You will broaden leadership capabilities providing expert advice and coaching on disputes, grievances and performance management issues. Additionally, by applying a continuous improvement approach, you will look for opportunities to implement initiatives and promote a strong safety culture and awareness through clear communication, accessible documentation and compliance.
About You
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner, with a generalist background. You will have demonstrable experience of in-depth knowledge of ER / IR, employment legislation and grievance handling. You must have outstanding influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and advice. You will be a gifted communicator, who thrives on the opportunity to work autonomously, within a supportive environment. You will strive to be a Trusted Advisor and be looking for an opportunity where you can directly contribute to the overall success of an organisation. You must have the ability and willingness to attend all PRP's practices throughout NSW.
