About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our civil team. In this role, your primary objective will be to deliver projects safely and in the most cost-effective manner on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will involve a diverse portfolio of projects, including subdivisions, infrastructure, bulk earthworks and pipelaying.

Key Responsibilities : Reporting to the Civil Construction Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include :

Manage all aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.Lead a team of site supervision staff and ensure effective project progress monitoring and reporting.Develop project scope, schedules, and implementation plans.Manage project budget and costs effectively.About You : The successful applicant will have a :
