Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary :

• Supervise the engineering maintenance team and support them with operational tasks
• Responsible to complete maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest requests and deliver service excellence with each guest experience
• Actively identify and conduct repairs to the building and equipment
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new like-minded people to enable future bookings
• Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement innovative improvement concepts
• Be an energetic and passionate leader by providing motivation and support to the team
• Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel alive and refreshed.

About You :

• Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.
• Working rights in Australia
