We’re talking about an interesting technical sales support gig where you’ll utilise your brain to think about customers, about product applications, and about how to solve problems.

You’ll be working with a supportive team of 5 to bring sales support to a new level. This isn’t a "just answer the phone and smile" role.

From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and a proper intro to the crew. They believe onboarding should actually be useful (and not suck).

You’ll be working alongside seasoned industry pros who know their stuff, and with an onsite showroom, you’ll get to know exactly what you’re selling.

You’ll get free parking (yep, it still exists), and join a genuinely down-to-earth team with zero ego – just good humans doing great work.

They keep things social with BBQs, team events, volunteer days, and a killer annual sales conference.

They’re a stable business that’s growing quickly. They’ve added 10 new team members in the last year alone!

Your day to day

• You’ll be the go-to for customer sales support in QLD
• Deal with quotes, freight calculations, order follow-ups – all the sales jazz
• Explain tools and products like you’ve been using them for years (don’t worry – they’ll teach you)
• Problem-solve when things go sideways – they will, and that’s OK
• Build real customer relationships (no “please hold” scripts)
• Easy upsell to existing customers – this isn’t pushy sales, it’s solutions-based selling
• Help guide customers who think they know what they want, but don’t

You get a kick out of learning, you’re technically minded and not afraid of systems and technology. Maybe you started studying a trade but the service side is more your deal?

You’re a customer service guru, going above and beyond to assist a loyal customer base.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with technical products before. ERP experience? Great. Pronto? Even better.

You’re comfortable with Teams, CRMs, and all the usual software. Mostly it’s about the right attitude.
