Our Rare Earths deposit in Mt Weld Western Australia is acknowledged as one of the highestgrade Rare Earths mine in the world and we operate the worlds largest single Rare Earths processing plant in Malaysia so youre joining a very unique team! As a team member you will be contributing to the sustainable supply of rare earths metals which are used in oil & gas electric vehicles and wind turbines.

Lynas Rare Earths is currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join the team. In this exciting position you will play an integral role in developing coordinating implementing monitoring and evaluating health safety and environmental (HSE) systems at the Lynas Rare Earths. This is a permanent fulltime fly in / fly out (FIFO) position from Perth to our Mt Weld Operations on an 8 / 6 roster.

As a highly valued member of the Lynas Rare Earths team you will :

• Treat HSE compliance as a priority.
• Implement OHS critical risk management programs.
• Assist the HSE Team to manage and maintain the companys International Standards (ISM / ISO).
• Have a positive attitude with the ability to selfmotivate plan and manage work programs.
• Interpret safety data incident investigation and injury management cases.
• Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
