About you

If you are trade qualified with three or more years' experience, and :

Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skillsCan produce consistent qualityHave a positive and 'can do' attitudeOwn traditional uniform and knivesHave experience in quality a la carte diningHave a keen eye with high attention to detailWould like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
