Job descriptionResponsibilities Preparation of coffee-based beverages and light food items to a high standard Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner Maintaining a clean and organized work area Operating cash registers and processing customer payments Keeping track of stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary Assisting with kitchen duties, such as dishwashing and food preparation Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries and complaints Requirements Experience working in a cafe or similar environment Strong knowledge of coffee-based beverages and light food items Excellent customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and multitask Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Ability to work well in a team environment
