Dabble is an industry first social bookmaking experience and the CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in how Dabble interacts and communicates with the customer to facilitate a truly immersive experience.
This role will work closely with the wider Marketing team to shape both strategy and process for planning, overseeing and executing customer journeys across differing channels.
Primary LocationResponsibilitiesDrive insights across campaigns to continuously learn and optimise. This includes the management of setting hypothesis, objectives, A / B testing and review cycles of campaignsPlan, implement and optimise automated generosities within CRM budgetWork in collaboration with CMO, Brand, Consumer Marketing, Digital Marketing and other departments, where required, to break down Dabble wide campaigns and how these can be executed across CRM channelsDevelop and manage CRM campaign schedules, ensuring campaigns are delivered to customer on time as planned.
