Ndis Support Worker

I am currently seeking several female Carers for a lovely female client with specific needs.

A confident driver with appropriate insurance to transport clients in your vehicle

My client is a lovely lady who is bed bound. She requires full assistance with personal care and Incontiencesupport (including showering, assistance to get to the toilet, dressing etc).

She requires transport to and from appointments, and uses a wheelchair that the Carer will push.

There will also be meal preparation, general cleaning and other household tasks involved.

We are seeking somebody with physical stamina, who is not afraid of hard work. Sometimes you will be working in small spaces, together with the client and sometimes with another worker.

Training will be provided for the first few weeks, until you are confident. Training shifts will be approximately two hours in duration to start with.

You will be working hard during these shifts, but you will be looked after extremely well, just as all amazing Carers should be!

Carers with relevant qualifications and experience are strongly encouraged to apply, although we acknowledge that in this job, qualifications aren't everything. It is more about finding the right people. If you feel you would be a great match for the client's needs, please don't hesitate to apply, regardless of qualifications. Current CPR qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them, are however, a must.

To keep things fair and above board for the client and yourself, we pay the NDIS price guide rates.

Pay : $24.76 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours : 30 - 50 per week
