We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Manila.We are looking for talented Change Management practitioners with relevant experience, who share our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change, to join our team.Your New RoleAs a Senior Change Manager, you will work directly with our client(s) across all areas of change management to deliver high quality outcomes.

Each engagement is different, but typically a Senior Change Manager is expected to lead Change Management services autonomously on a complex program with responsibilities that include : Taking briefs from clients with the ability to provide direction, indicate next steps and follow upScoping change management work and making resourcing estimatesAnalysing a client's business, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from change and to what level that impact needs to be managedProposing solutions to reduce any unfavourable impacts of organisational changesMeeting and presenting to executive stakeholders including preparing business documents and slidesProposing strategic tactics to manage organisational changes for a program in a way that leads to the desired outcomesExecuting on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team memberEvaluating and measuring the success of change interventions across activity, proficiency, usage and adoptionApplying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methodsProviding the needed level of support to the recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the projectWhat You BringComing into the Change Management Practice at the Senior Change Manager level means that you will bring in-depth knowledge of project delivery and the end-to-end strategy, planning and delivery of organisational change.
