Interior Design Consultant - 12-Month Contract

The Interior Design Consultant reports to the Design Studio Manager and is part of the interior design team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide our clients with a comprehensive understanding of the interior and external products available within our product range. More specifically, your responsibilities will include :

• Working closely with clients from initial walk through, selection and beyond
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing guidance and quality support
• Providing a customised approach for selecting interior and external details, materials, colour selections, flooring selections, lighting / electrical, space planning, and detailing
• Interpreting client needs and completing detailed design concepts and contract documents
• Writing specifications covering interior design matters, and performing code reviews
• Provide on the spot pricing and estimating
• Working collaboratively and coordinating work with other disciplines
• Effectively utilising available technology to accurately record all revisions and reselections
