Job Description
As the Marketing Manager at Hyde Perth, you’ll be the brand storyteller and creative engine behind one of the city’s most exciting lifestyle destinations. You’ll shape and execute a bold marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and loyalty—while capturing the unique spirit of Hyde in everything we do.
This role calls for someone equal parts strategic and creative—someone who lives and breathes branding, loves connecting with audiences in fresh and unexpected ways, and thrives on collaboration and innovation.
Main Functions
- Lead the development and execution of Hyde Perth’s marketing strategy, aligned with commercial and brand goals.
- Drive brand visibility and engagement across owned, earned, and paid channels—including digital, social, PR, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to support occupancy and F&B targets through integrated campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with media, influencers, local creatives, and cultural partners to position Hyde as a must-visit destination.
- Oversee content creation across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and creative impact in every touchpoint.
- Manage Hyde Perth’s digital presence, including website, social media, SEO / SEM, and email marketing.
- Create and manage the annual marketing budget, tracking performance and ROI on all activities.
- Identify trends, consumer insights, and market opportunities to keep Hyde ahead of the curve.
- Represent the brand at key local events, activations, and networking opportunities—building community and buzz.
- Ensure all marketing practices align with brand standards and compliance regulations.
