1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsThe Wizard Pharmacy Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the retail & digital marketing strategy with particular focus on retail / store (Local Area Marketing) execution while overseeing the Digital Marketing, Brand, and Communications teams.This role ensures consistent brand positioning and marketing execution across all channels, driving commercial outcomes, enhancing customer experience, and increasing brand equity.

This role plays a pivotal part in achieving business objectives through strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.Job requirementsQualifications : Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Work Experience : 12+ years in marketing roles with demonstrated experience in strategic leadership.Proven experience in retail marketing, digital marketing, brand management, and communications.Experience in retail,franchising and corporate office highly regarded.SkillsProficiency in digital platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics.Ability to develop, implement, and refine brand strategies to achieve business objectives.Strategic planning and execution of brand & marketing projectsAttention to detail in proofreading and providing feedback on marketing materialsStrong organisational skills to ensure seamless event execution and post-event analysisExperience in building and maintaining strong working relationships within the team and across departments.Job responsibilitiesOverseeing brand and communications, this role ensures all marketing material is accurate and aligned with business and growth initiatives.
