Job descriptionPhysio and Podiatry receptionist to join our friendly team at Dr7 Physiotherapy and Podiatry. Meet and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner Managing the phones and taking bookings Taking payment and rebate on the HICAPS machine Scanning Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area Data entry and any other general duties as required Assist Physiotherapists / Podiatrists if required Excellent phone manner The ability to build rapport with patients High level of customer service Ability to take charge in an autonomous environment Knowledge of PPMP Demonstrate inititive Understanding of third-party billing NDIS, (W / C, MVA & Insurance) Job Type Casual Salary 30.00 per hour Job Type Casual Benefits Employee discount Afternoon shift Evening shift Morning shift Please specify your availability to work, should you be successful in obtaining employment. Do you have availability to work a range of shifts between the hours of 7.45 am -7.00pm. (Shifts are between 6 - 8 hours) Are you an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident? Education High School (Year 9-11) (preferred) Experience Front desk : 1 year (preferred)

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic
Experience as a medical receptionist would be preferred, as would familiarity with the PPMP program. Working Holiday visas will not be considered; you are required to be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
