What you'll do
- The role & team
- Our Audiology department is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service to join the team. In your role, you will manage our general audiology inbox and act as the primary point of contact for audiology-related questions and escalations, you'll assist our Audiology Partners and Support Office team with audiology related queries and administrative tasks.
- Your duties will include coordinating audiology induction programs, setting up audiology system access for new store openings, and ensuring accurate distribution of operational reports within specified timeframes. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in managing Hearing Services Program (HSP) claims for our Audiology stores.
- We believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternate location, this role will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.
- The skills we are looking for
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service
- Proficient problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve customer problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both via written and verbal communications
- Attention to detail
- Retail or Audiology experience is desirable but not essential
