The position works closely with the Hub Manager and The Orange Door staff to assist in the safe and effective delivery of services to Victorians seeking support through The Orange Door.
The role will support daily management of The Orange Door, including budget management and the local corporate interface between Family Safety Victoria (FSV) and Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH).
The Operational Support Officer also supervises a team of Family Safety Victoria Orange Door staff.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDEMaintain partnerships and interface with DFFH Corporate Support at a local level.Contribute to the day-to-day operations and management of the Hub, including oversight of facilities management, information technology, car parks and fleet management, and security.Provide a point of liaison between Partner Agencies and Family Safety Victoria to support vacancy management and recruitment processes.Please open the position description to read more.HOW TO APPLYApplicants are encouraged to apply online.
