HealthTrackRx, the leader in PCR-based infectious disease diagnostics, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (People Leadership Role) to lead and develop a Region of 6+ sales territories across the South Atlantic Region (VA & the Carolinas).
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and development of field sales representatives and ultimately, the expansion of HealthTrackRx's infectious disease testing in a predetermined geographic region.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team in the field up to 70% of the time.
Conduct ride-alongs with current field based Individual Contributors and shadow sales visits.
Interview and hire additional sales representatives as needed.
Requirements :
2-5+ years of outpatient medical sales management experience leading a team of field based, individual contributors.
Currently leading a team of 7+ salespeople.
Dynamic, adaptable personality.
Strong record of success throughout career.
Live in the Metro Charlotte area.
Lab Services sales experience preferred.
Previous interviewing / hiring experience preferred.
