Melton or Gisborne, VIC | $110K–$130K Package + Potential Equity | Full-Time, Office-Based

Our client, a well-established and reputable financial planning firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Advisor to join their growing team in either their Melton or Gisborne office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an advisor who is passionate about building long-term relationships and delivering quality advice to a loyal and mature client base.

About the Role

This is a 5-day, office-based role (parking available) offering a stable and supportive environment where you can focus on delivering outstanding advice without the pressure of sales targets. With a strong and growing base of pre-retirees and retirees , the focus will be on superannuation, retirement planning, pensions, and aged care strategies .

The firm values long-term relationships and is offering the potential for equity for the right candidate who aligns with their client-first ethos and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, tailored advice to a client base of mostly retirees and pre-retirees Prepare comprehensive advice documents, including SoAs and ROAs Conduct client reviews and strategy meetings Collaborate with the broader team to deliver seamless client service Maintain compliance with all legislative and professional standards Stay up to date with superannuation, retirement, Centrelink, and aged care regulations Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Advisor Completed FASEA Exam Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) Strong technical knowledge of superannuation, pensions, and aged care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A genuine passion for helping clients achieve financial peace of mind XPlan experience desirable but not essential What's on Offer $110,000 – $130,000 salary package (based on experience) Opportunity for future equity / ownership Work with a long-standing client base with strong referral networks Supportive team culture with strong back-office support Established offices in either Melton or Gisborne If you are ready to take the next step in your career and make a positive impact within a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply today.
