Senior Contract Administrator / Project Manager - Commercial Building

Summary

CGC Recruitment is partnering with a long-standing, WA-owned & operated commercial building head contractor. They have recently secured a high-profile $30m Education development and, due to growth, require a Senior CA / Project Manager to play a key role on this project and future projects.

The Client

A well-respected commercial construction head contractor with strong sub-contractor relationships, an excellent industry reputation, and solid staff retention. With over 30 staff in Perth, they have a proven track record of delivering projects typically ranging from $10-60m in Education, Industrial, Retail, & Commercial sectors.

The Role - Senior Contract Administrator / Project Manager

You will be the commercial lead on the project in a hybrid office / site role, working closely with a Senior Project Manager / Director to ensure contractual and financial performance is tightly managed. Suitable for an experienced Senior CA or Project Manager with strong front-end / procurement experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure and negotiate subcontracts, manage variations and progress claims
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and stakeholders on contractual matters
• Prepare and review cost reports, forecasts, and progress claims
• Lead financial reporting and risk mitigation strategies
• Support project delivery to meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets
