Our Building Business Unit has proudly delivered iconic facilities across Western Australia for over a decade and with more exciting projects in the pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our growing project-based construction team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you’ll be trusted to :

• Manage cost and contractual matters to ensure optimal commercial outcomes
• Lead contract administration from planning through to close-out
• Review, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and head contract agreements
• Drive team capability to achieve project and client objectives
• Monitor and report on project compliance, progress, and non-conformances
• Champion HSEQ policies and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
